Vitamins vs. Whole Foods
Before
heading to work each day, most Americans down a vitamin
pill, now an integral part of the American diet. Yet, most
people really know very little about the vitamins they are

within are the answer to a better diet and their health.
So what
exactly are vitamins and why are they such a necessary part
of the American diet? Vitamins are derivatives from foods

from our daily diets these days. People "need" vitamins
